One night only in Wellington! Don't miss this unique chance to hear touring Chinese reggae band Long Shen Dao, fresh from sell-out performances in Beijing, China.
Long Shen Dao (Way of the Dragon Spirit) is considered China’s best reggae band. The group's lyrics talk about love and spiritual freedom and include aspects of Taoism.
While Long Shen Dao's focus is reggae, their music draws on rock, dub, hip-hop, world music, ska, electronica and many other forms of music for inspiration. Their music also uses traditional Chinese instruments such as the guzheng (zither).
Supporting Long Shen Dao is Porirua hot favourite reggae band Tribal Rising.
