Independent Record Store Day is back for 2012! Real Groovy will be celebrating all the beautiful objects that are prints of artistic creation by musicians, and celebrating the unique culture surrounding independent record stores worldwide. The store will be buzzing with free live performances from bands and DJs including Rackets, The Broadsides, Princess Chelsea, Tom Scott (Homebrew), Pennie Blair (bFM), Andrew Tidball (Cheese On Toast). There will be some amazing prizes up for grabs including a Vespa, a Project Essential Turntable with Polk Speakers and a Rotel Amp, and prize packs from Amazon (Nixon Headphones, Wrangler Jeans and Doc Martins) – plus heaps of sweet giveaways. There will also be free face painting (not just for kids!), free club memberships, limited vinyl releases, and special deals on turntables.
