Since discovering the work of Len Lye, Harry Harrison has been creating musical forms and textures inspired by images of some of New Zealand's finest visual artists. A Box of Birds brings together a myriad of musical forms and expressionist improvisation alongside video projections of the legendary Len Lye's first animated film 'Tusalava' and the magical gestural brush painting of Max Gimblett.
