Los Angeles-based rap innovator Ghostemane (aka Eric Whitney) will be hitting New Zealand for the first time this May, to play a one-off headline event at Aucklands The Studio. The prolific artist is here hot on the heels of his sonically intense tenth album N / O / I / S / E, which has racked up tens of millions of streams since releasing late last year. The genre-defying rapper was a member of the short-lived yet influential Schemaposse collective with Lil Peep and Craig Xen, and began his musical life playing guitar in hardcore and doom metal bands in his native Florida.
