House of Shem help Auckland celebrate Nz music month with the Landmark in Panmure, on the 22nd May 2009. 8 Piece reggae band House Of Shem will perform 3 hours of reggae music including hit singles from there debut album "Keep Rising", they have toured extensively throughout New Zealand and there debut album is released in NZ, Australia & Hawaii. House OF Shems latest single "Thinking about you" has received non-stop radio airplay and TV coverage on Juice, C4.

House Of Shem consists of Nz Reggae ambassador "Carl Perkins" who was a forming member of Herbs, 12 Tribes of Israel, Mana, His two Sons Te Omeka & Isaiah, long time reggae musicians Kaya Webster & Francis Harawira, Ex Wailers lead guitarist Roy Venkataraman & Chris Nielson. New addition to the line-up includes NZs most talented R&B singer & producer John Chong Nee.

Special guest for the night is Veteran reggae selector, Dj Dubhead; Dubhead has spun records for some of the biggest acts in reggae including Luciano, Ragamuffin Festival, and Sean Kingston.
