This gig will be the second in Karen Hunters Duo series. Seeing as the first duo show, scheduled with Neil Watson, actually turned into a trio when Aaron Coddel appeared out of the blue with his double bass Id say any thing could happen...
HOWEVER Plan A - guitarist/vocalist Karen Hunter & drummer/composer Ron Samsom - Scrapyard cabaret with spoken word/stories/percussion/looping/mayhem.
Beautiful losers - Poet Shane Hollands & Cellist and loop meister Paul Williams creating soundscapes and aural pictures - story time for adults.
Thristy Dog is in Karangahape Rd just up from the bridge - its next to Caluzzi and opposite Dick Smiths if youre not familiar. Its a bar, with tables and booths.
