The inaugural event in what is to become an annual institution, TWO PIECE FEST is coming to NZ and kicking it off in style. Based on the event of the same name which is now in its fourth incarnation in Portland, Oregon, TWO PIECE FEST is a veritable extravaganza of the wonderful things that come from a band with only two members. And to mark this momentous occasion, we will be joined by none other than Brisbane, Australia's very own DZ DEATHRAYS.
Without a doubt, Australian two-piece, DZ DEATHRAYS are one of the most hotly talked about bands of 2011. They have spent the last year touring USA and UK, playing festivals such as SXSW, The Great Escape and SWN Festival. They've toured the UK with New York punk outfit Cerebral Ballzy and supported Band of Skulls at their sold out show in London as well as joining the Emerge NME Radar tour.
Joined by eleven other binary acts from across the land, this is one show you do not want to miss. Two stages at the fabulous Bodega will showcase what the world of twosomes have to offer with performances by:
