New music video from Onanon
Date Added : 5th December, 2008 @ 14:32
Dunedin Psycho noise-niks Onanon have brought their latest music video to the world. "Seacliff" was shot on location at the historic Chicks Hotel in Port Chalmers and captures the essence of a boozy night out seeing bands in the Otago region. Chicks Hotel has been hosting some fine bohemian musical evenings in recent months, and this video was shot during one particularly memorable September evening. Onanon united with their long term pal Edward Gains to provide backing for a bevy of Edward Gain's greatest hits, followed by a set of their own twisted shanties. Ed can be seen in the video giving some words of sage advice to Onanon Vocalist/guitarist Glen Ross. The video also features gratuitous scenes of beer consumption, pool playing, container docking, drunken dancing and a trip to the local fish and chip shop.
Directed, shot, edited by the uber-genius Chris Tegg, the clip is online now at Youtube:
