The Broadsides are to appear on an international compilation album spearheaded by an American independent record label based in Indiana. Devil's Ruin Records is the home of artists such as J.B.Nelson, Christian Williams, Uncle Sinner, Big John Bates, Pine box Serenade and Hank Ray.

The first compilation, Rodentia: The Best of Dark Roots Music, features artists like Strawfoot, O' Death, Creech Holler, Muleskinner Jones, Tarantella, amongst a host of artists.

The Broadsides's contribution is a track called "Billy Bible and The Beast Boy", which features Tami Nielson; winner of the New Zealand Music Award (the Tui) for Best Country Album 2009.

Following hot on the trial of their contribution to Devil's Ruin Compilation will an six song EP, which release date is still unscheduled, but be sure to know it will be something to look forward to.
