Five local songwriters. One stage. Original songs shared the way they were written.
The Auckland Songwriters Circle Showcase returns on Sunday 28 June for an intimate evening celebrating the craft of songwriting. Featuring five distinctive voices, this special event invites audiences into the stories behind the songs, with each artist performing their original work accompanied only by their instrument of choice. Stripped back, acoustic, and unfiltered.
From poetic folk and soulful reflection to heartfelt storytelling and indie pop, this month's lineup highlights the diversity and depth of Auckland's songwriting community. Each songwriter will share not only their songs, but the experiences and inspirations that shaped them.
This event is proudly supported by the Auckland Council Creative Communities Scheme, helping connect local artists with the wider community and champion original music in Tāmaki Makaurau.
