Come along to Meow for a night of great music.
Tommy & Finn (from the Fallen Horses) will open the show with their folk and roots influenced tunes. Tommy's album 'Isolation Is The New Party' received rave reviews in the Listener and Sunday Star Times upon its release. They will be followed by Matthew Pickering, who recently released his debut album 'The Burnside Church', described by Simon Sweetman in the Dominion Post as optimistic and offers the listener a challenge.
What Noisy Cats will close out the evening with their alt-folk influenced songs. They are promising a bit of a different set to their usual louder sound, with different takes on a few of their songs. What Noisy Cats released their first EP recently, about which NZ Musician magazine said these emotive songs are extremely catchy and stay with you long after you have finished listening to it
