METROPOLIS are a 3 piece motorhead tribute band based in Palmerton north. Started around late of 2017, playing some of the best tracks from Motorheads' long list of classic tracks including 'Metropolis', 'Ace of Spades', 'Iron Fist', 'Doctor Rock' and many others. All preformed in true Motorhead style - FAST AND LOUD!
Members consist of Jay sSilents on lead vox and guitar, Nick Olliver on drums and Matty B. on bass. The bands first show in January of 2018 at Valhalla in Wellington, (having had a sold out venue) some reviews said it was one of the best tribute shows people had seen.
