Gig Information

BREAKDOWNS AND NICE SPRITES
Hardcore, Pop Punk, and Emo for all ages.

Amanaki (Debut):
Featuring scene veterans April Haines (former Patriot / East of Eden) and Jared Kerr (Lead Us Forth / Vanguard). This will be the debut of their hardcore ensemble which boasts a sound comparable to the heavy hitting band Counterparts.

† REI - nz †:
Aucklands dirty little secret; a cult experimental post-hardcore / emo band who love anime, video games, and acting high and mighty about little time signature changes in their songs because their frontman was a fanboy of The Chariot.

Not Pretty Enough To Be Stupid:
Easycore pop-punk with a female frontman. Its catchy, there are breakdowns, and there are double kicks. Guitarist Dan Kibblewhite is a total sweetheart and punched Lily Mou in the mouth while moshing once.

States:
Pure manliness. States is a nu metal / post-hardcore band with a groovy style that is reminiscent of the early 2000s. Think Blindspott mixed with Thrice mixed with pure manliness. Also theyre playing first because their vocalist has work in the morning.

Real Slam Poetry:
So like, Daniel Lett from Vanguard and Josh Russell from Dunedin reading poetry using slam vocals and random percussive instruments apparently. I dont know.
