Since the year 2000-Sunshine Sound System have been bringing us their their trademark sound system style celebration of hip-hop, reggae/dub, dancehall, original skool soul and funk, all the way though to glitch, jungle and trap. Downtown Brown (Simon Hendl), K.P ( Kyle Popham), younger brother Stauny Pops AKA MC Switch (Staun Popham) & P-Digsss (Paora Apera) have delivered their sound with real conversation, freedom, musicality and instinctive understanding that the audience never notices but always appreciate. Numerous luminary collaborators regularly drop in on the Sunshine Sound, including MC Switch, Dj Turbohag, and featuring more recently MC Tali, Laughton Kora (Kora & LAB), and Tyra Hammond (Opensouls)
