OneRoof have fast become one of New Zealand's hottest up and coming hip hop groups over the last few years, establishing a rabid following with their earnest delivery, dynamic variation and powerful live show. In the live arena, they are one of the country's most in demand acts; their collective energy wielding a threatening stage presence reminiscent of the Wu Tang Clan or Boo Yaa T.R.I.B.E. This show at Valhalla will be a rare opportunity to catch them at their blistering best in an intimate venue before they move onto bigger stages.
NVRSFT are making waves far and wide with their impressive range of flavours and top-drawer production, veering from dark trap to soul-crushing melodies via frenetic lyrical delivery. On this occasion, they will be represented by their demented ringleader, Chronic Shnxman, and his spin-doctor in chief, Young Gho$t, forming ChronicGho$tMan: the dynamic duo that inspired the collective's formation. This show at Valhalla will be an opportunity to celebrate new and old, dark and light as this gruesome twosome take you through their shared back catalogue right through to the present day.
Not enough for you? We will have DJs all night spinning a variety of sounds across the spectrum of hip hop and drum n bass, including sets from Ottic, Noyer, Jungle Princess, Gimmick and Young Gho$t himself. Furthermore, this night will feature sculpture work from Rabid Foam and a visual display from the one and only VJ Cubeman. What a handful.
