Creative Jazz Club Aotearoa presents: Brad Kang Quintet

Ever since his return from his studies at the University of North Texas, where he was a member of the world-renowned One O'Clock Lab Band, guitarist Brad Kang has been a sought-after contributor to the New Zealand jazz scene. He returns to CJC for a farewell concert before embarking on a move to New York City to pursue his studies at the Manhattan School of Music.

His first appearance in Auckland as leader will feature an all original collection of compositions, consisting of a set of music written for this year's Wellington Jazz Festival as well as tracks from his 2017 EP Farewell For Now. He will be joined by a stellar cast of musicians from Christchurch and Wellington, both of which has served as his base in New Zealand.

Be sure to come and support his last hurrah in New Zealand for a while!
