Both Sides of the Line are a Dunedin band heavily influenced by the sounds of the 50s and 60s drawing extensively on rockabilly, surf, retro pop and more modern guitar pop influences.
The band which formed in 2009 is 10 years old this year and it is celebrating its anniversary with the release of a 3rd studio album “Dangerous!”
Dangerous!, which follows previous releases from the band, represents an evolution of the band from its more rustic alt-country origins to a more sophisticated retro-pop sound.
Past releases include the EP “5” released in 2012, followed by the albums Sideshow in 2013 and Party Line in 2016.
