Gig Information

Jane Horder and Gemma Lee are delighted to bring you their second ever show at the fabulous Leigh Sawmill Café.
The fabulous Leigh Sawmill Café is the perfect venue for the duo to showcase their intimate style. Having played the Leigh Sawmill for the first time back in June, they are keen to get back to the stage for a repeat performance with a few new songs and a new energy.

The setlist spans soulful classics to jazz standards with some cabaret thrown in for good measure. Expect songs from favourites including Carole King, Roberta Flack and Bonnie Raitt.

Talented singer Jane Horder enjoys a diverse career of performing and teaching. Jane has sung with Auckland swing band ‘Prima Swing Riot’ for many successful years and has performed in numerous musicals across Australasia, including Miss Saigon, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Sweeney Todd. Jane brings an incredible amount of expertise, passion, talent and joy into everything she does.

Collaborative pianist Gemma Lee has performed internationally including at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Sydney Opera House, and the Goldener Saal of the Musikverein. Born in South Korea and raised in New Zealand, Gemma holds a Master of Music with First Class Honours from the University of Auckland.
