Australian acts Soda Eaves and Jordan Ireland bring their abstract dream-folk across the Tasman. They play Dunedin's Crown hotel on Sat 9/11. Joined by Aotearoa's premier spacerockjazzpunk combo Space Dust and the wonderful Maxine Funke.
Soda Eaves are a 5-piece musical collective. They play distinctly Australian folk songs, incorporating atmospheric blues and warped found sounds to evoke smudge vignettes of the distance and hope. They have released two LPs - 'Like Drapes Either Side' (2013) & 'Murray, Darling' (2016) - with a third due in the near future.
