Keith.'s approach to sound has always been familiar yet fresh. Tapping into each of their individual tastebuds, the resulting noises blur the lines between Funk, Hip-Hop & Psychedelic music. The bands journey to this point has been filled with collaboration, experimentation and good old-fashioned work ethic, amounting to their debut album ‘Planet Keith’. After a sell out Album Release show at Cassette 9 Keith has continued to play a range of shows in the North Island including Bfm’s Fancy New Band Showcase, Bobandii’s album release and most recently opening for Avantdale Bowling Club at Powerstation.

In the beginning there was nothing. Then out of the darkness came a light so fierce, it was fractured into 5 bodies. These 5 bodies became known as Hot Knives, and when united, they released an unknowable power. This power has become legend over the millennia, and is currently called really good music. That’s what they do. They do good music.
