Alan Moulding, self-styled free range troubadour, is well known in folk clubs, sessions and gatherings in the north of Britain for his warm vocal style, rich acoustic renditions of favourite songs and wry humour. Performing since childhood, he gained early experience playing at working men’s clubs in the north of England, particularly in his native Yorkshire. A skilled multi-instrumentalist, Alan has a particular passion for Americana and continues working in Country and Bluegrass bands as well as performing solo in folk and country venues.
Alan has a special interest in acquiring guitars and sampling good malt whisky.
This will be his first visit to New Zealand.
