Welcome to the Tech House.
Forget Goosebumps and immerse yourself within Cage Sessions Vol. 3 at Dixon Street’s Birdcage, our last event went down a treat and we promise the night will be full of tricks.
Cage Sessions focuses on providing a platform for up and coming DJs in Wellington and elsewhere, with an ongoing series of events at the venue.
Door Sales only! $5 before 11pm, $10 after.
Costumes are encouraged but not needed, prizes for the best dressed (don’t quote me on this) but we’ll do our best.
Get ready for Ali Antaq’s elusive sound, which has been hiding within the darkest corners of Eva Street and surrounding alleyways, he’ll reel you in early, hook line & sinker!
Aunty EL has been preparing and practicing her massive quadruple drops, which we’ve heard keep the upper class Mount Victoria neighbourhoods awake and calling noise control deep into the witching hour.
Thirdly, the horrors of Techno Fisherman know what you did last summer and have combined their beings into one mind boggling back to back slasher set of techno sounds to keep you moving until the early hours.
Luther is not only a chef behind the knife, but behind the decks as well. He’s also a near genius murder detective whose brilliant mind will keep you safe from your thoughts with his dark techno sounds until 4am.
There is a smoking area in the courtyard, but please do not take your drinks into this area.
The organisers and venue will not tolerate any discrimination of any kind, if you feel unsafe please see the venue staff or event organisers.
Please respect your surroundings & our friends over at Swimsuit Coffee.
Wear a smile, drink water, and most importantly enjoy yourself!
