Dueling pianos are nothing new but, organ and piano with some drums rounding out the bottom end is without a doubt something fresh, new, and exciting!
Drawing on the greats from the past, organists such as Jimmy Smith and Jack McDuff, pianists Red Garland and Wynton Kelly. Infusing the tradition with modern compatriots Larry Goldings and Brad Mehldau, this ensemble will deliver a suite of slickly arranged standards and a smattering of original tunes hot off the Foote press.
The music promises to be swinging hard, lyrical, and will draw you in.
