Shellac Announce Five-Date New Zealand Tour
Legendary minimalist rock trio Shellac have announced a five-date tour of New Zealand kicking off in November. Made up of prolific record producers Steve Albini and Bob Weston alongside drummer Todd Trainer, the three-piece have only ever toured and released albums on a sporadic basis since forming in 1992.
Shellac's upcoming trip downunder comes courtesy of Meredith Festival in Victoria, and will see the group jumping the ditch to play on these shores for the first time since touring with HDU circa 2001. They will be bringing with them songs fromDude Incredible, Shellac's fifth studio album which was released in September 2014 to universal acclaim. Here are the tour details...
