Last April The Pixies released their fifth studio album Indie Cindy - their first since 1991's Trompe Le Monde and the first not to feature bass player Kim Deal. Unfortunately the long-awaited record received fairly lukewarm reviews, but things are looking up. The iconic group has just official unveiled new single 'Um Chagga Lagga' and it's a breath of glorious and vital energy.
The track's release comes with news that The Pixies, which now includes bassist Paz Lenchantin (A Perfect Circle) in its fold, are releasing 12-song album Head Carrier on 30th September. In the meantime check out 'Um Chagga Lagga' below...
