The National Share 'The Day I Die' From Upcoming Album 'Sleep Well Beast'

The National have unveiled new single 'The Day I Die' as they inch closer to releasing their seventh studio album Sleep Well Beast next Friday. The pulsing yet melancholic tune comes accompanied with a video directed by Casey Reas, who wrote custom software to compress thousands of photos taken over hours of rehearsals at Le Centquatre in Paris into a four minutes and thirty second clip.
