Estere Unveils Stylish Single 'Rent' + Video

Wellington-based singer and producer Estère has shared a single titled 'Rent' from her upcoming double-album My Design, On Others' Lives, the first half of which (My Design) dropped in October. The stylish accompanying clip by director Alexander Gandar shows the artist in pastel-pink, busting out dance moves in a derelict carpark full of artfully placed props. 'Rent' is a song of economic self-empowerment, with Estère delivering a timely reminder that home-ownership isn't everything, against a catchy whirlwind of thundering kicks, driving bass, and clattering percussive flourishes.
