Record Store Day has been and gone for another year, with crowds flocking to local stores on Saturday in support of keeping our vinyl purveyors afloat, to check out the awesome free live performances, and to nab the limited edition good stuff before everyone else does. One particularly notable release to sneak out for the day was an exclusive split 7" record from indie heroes Mac DeMarco and Shamir, who each contributed a cover of alt-pop legends Beat Happening to their perfectly balanced two song collection.
