Church & AP Drop Single 'Aston Martin'
Unstoppable Tāmaki Makaurau hip hop duo Church & AP have dropped a bumping new track for Waitangi Day with 'Aston Martin', the pair's first standalone release since the mid-November launch of their debut album Teeth. Produced by Rory Noble and Ben Lawson, the stylish and slick 'Aston Martin' shines a spotlight on the pair's soulful side with a hefty helping of nostalgic summer bounce – as they explained: "Aston Martin was inspired by the early 2000s. We wanted to incorporate elements from all our favourites from that era. Whether it be Pharrell, Kelis or Busta Rhymes. This was homage to that era, whilst also giving it our own YKK twist. This is our first song of the new decade so we made sure it was good. We can’t wait for everyone to hear it"
