Video: Sleep Maps - The Final Weapon

In a continuation of the long relationship between music and politics, NYC-based experimental noise band Sleep Maps have released an EP - called Medals - inspired entirely by a stunt by the US media in the seventies that had the intention of highlighting crimes against humanity occurring in Vietnam. The band have dropped the video for track 'The Final Weapon' from the album and the clip features footage from a press conference given by Lyndon B. Johnson around the same time. Check it out below.
