Video: Austra - Home

You remember that awesome video clip for Goodshirt's 'Sophie', right? The one in which a girl is so transfixed by listening to the track through headphones that she doesn't notice that her house is getting robbed. This video for Austra's new clip 'Home', works on exactly the same premise: front woman Katie Stelmanis sits front-and-centre throughout the single shot dismissive of the people who plait her hair, read books, and generally lurk around behind her. It may not be quite as clever as 'Sophie', but it's just as engaging, and you can check it out below. Austra's new album - and follow-up to excellent the excellent Feel it Break - is called Olympia and is out next month on Domino.
