Video: So Laid Back Country China - Open Eyed (UTR Premiere)

Desert drone outfit So Laid Back Country China are premiering the incredible new video for single 'Open Eyed'. Directed by Phoebe Gittins and filmed by Arty Papageorgiou, the beautifully shot clip plays on the theme of keen observation and zooms in on drunken patrons, capturing their antics in slo-mo and creating a intriguing lens into the typical night out.

The track is the second single from the Wellington group's forthcoming album With Knees of Honey in Goodbye Canyon, which was recorded and mixed by James Goldsmith across Munki Studios and The Blue Room, and then mastered by Mike Gibson at Munki Studios. The record is due out in May, but in the meantime take a look at this (just make sure you've eaten your breakfast first)...
