Live Out East - Speech Act Theory With The Human Kind

May Live Out East on 27 May. Celebrate the culmination of New Zealand Music Month and share in a immersive night of live electro music and audio-visual experiences with a strong message promoting mental health and wellbeing and joining together to realise a return to Live.

The Human Kind debut collaborative album, Ready To Live takes the listener on a journey of cinematic inspired production, with smouldering vocals by Chrissy Diamond, triphop grooves from MitchFrench, and haunting harmonies from Debbie Toko-Stevens and Jason Slade.
French music producer Frank Marinthe, draws from his background collaborating with Nicolas Godin (from the band AIR), as well as composingmusic for film and TV in France and New Zealand.

Joining them in what will be an epic night of Electronica - Pete Hickman of Speech Act Theory who will continue a musical and visual journey to a new dimension.

The Human Kinds Walk To The River echos the intention for this years Live East series The song is a metaphor for life. As humans we can experience rough and turbulent times in our lives. Instead of fighting the current, we can remind ourselves that like the awa, the river, life is constantly changing and that these low times will pass.
