Come on down to Darkroom for a fun night of really sad and really slow music provided by Abandoned Carparks as they come out to play their yearly show. With songs about Italian movies, heartbreak and pondering on where life went wrong, you don't want to miss it, or maybe you do.

And with their debut outing is Rapids, made up of local band alumni, which I don't know if I can mention or not so I'm just not going to because I don't want to piss people off but anyways that's besides the point. Rapids are said to play a mix of alternative rock, noise and post punk and will harness these genres to create a wall of chaotic and sweet sounds, I mean, I want to see what they've got to offer, that's why I asked them to play, and I'm sure you want to know what these sweet sounds are as well so that's why you want to buy a ticket and head to Darkroom at 8pm on Friday 6th of September.
