Amiria Grenell - Spring Songs

Amiria Grenell heads north to share her songs this spring.

Come along to The Petone Depot, doors will be open from 6pm, and there will be some delicious treats avail for koha.

Songs by Amiria will kick off around 7pm,
bring the whanau, bring your listening ears, and enjoy hearing live, original music !

Amiria Grenell:
New Zealand new-folk luminary Amiria Grenell released her third album through her own label Quiet Bird Records in 2015. The stunning album ‘Autumn’ departs from her second album, the Tui Award winning ‘Three Feathers’.
Hailing from a large musical family (her father is country legend, John Grenell), she has spent the past 13 years performing extensively around the country, a regular at arts festivals, and as a member of the Fly My Pretties cast.
As well as organizing her own tours, she also performs in folk duo The Swan Sisters and as childrens entertainer Mea the musical pixie.
Highlights have been performing at Womad, Luminate, Nostalgia & Evolve Festival. This songbirds gentle wisdom of the voice is strung together with melodies & rhythm to leave you smiling.
