Cat! Cat! Cat!, Swallow The Rat and Repairs

I know I'm excited for this one, I strongly suggest that you should be too. We've got a killer line-up for you that features some of my favourite bands.

First up we have the return of Cat! Cat! Cat! after 14 years! Their last show was the release of their absolutely incredible CD back in 2004. The world has changed a bit since then, sometimes for the
worse but also sometimes for the better - like the incredible bands that these wonderful folks have been part of since (my current favourites are The Cloven Hearts and Glamours).

Next up we have Swallow the Rat. You know the drill; Texan psych meets Kiwi post punk - but it's all that and so much more! They've already achieved a hell of a lot in the year since they played their first show and believe me when I say that they're gonna keep getting bigger. Two stellar singles that have smashed the student radio charts and a live show that's next level.

Rounding out the line up are REPAIRS. As fate would have it, they played their first show with Swallow the Rat and have a bit of a history with shared members across a couple of projects (Lost Rockets, Deathbeam). They play high-tempo, loud, emotional music together for fun and can't wait to see you all at the show. By 'they' I actually mean 'we' because I'm in this band and I'm now getting a bit confused trying to speak in the third person.

This is going to be a lot of fun and you should definitely come and join in. Can't wait to see you :-)
