From near total obscurity at the start of 2018, Same Name Confusion have quickly asserted themselves as one of the best live acts in the country. Their exhilarating shows have become a hot ticket in their hometown Wellington, finishing the year with back to back sold-out headline gigs. SNC begin 2019 with their debut festival performance at the inaugural Tora Bombora, alongside The Babe Rainbow, before touring NZ in support of their debut EP 'In Theory'.

On March 14, SNC are bringing their critically acclaimed* live experience to Fifty Gorillas Dunedin. This is Dunedin's only chance to hear the incredible 'In Theory' live in concert.

~ LACUNA ~
It has been early days for young indie pop band ‘LACUNA’ but the group have still managed to make a remarkable impact in the short time that they have been together. A mountain of hometown gigs opening for local bands such as Mild Orange and Marlin’s Dreaming, along with their radio 1 live session, has seen Lacuna secure a slot at this year's NEST FEST (headlined by Connan Mockasin) as well as Rhythm & Vines 2019. The three-piece will release their debut EP ‘Move With Me’ in February with a NZ tour in support. The tracks explore the many shades of love, from the honeymoon phase through to awkward breakups. The band are always aiming to create something memorable and personal that everyone can connect with.

~ CHRISTIAN TUCKER ~
Award winning slam poet Christian Tucker shifts wordplay and a long history of drumming into an energetic act, ready to grab fresh ears. After returning back from Wellington and releasing his debut album 'Intro to Orange' Christian comes with fresh tunes that bring a boogie to your step.
