The Codebreakers are back at The Temperance for the official launch of new beer Czech Mate & an early week feast of Acoustic, Folk, Funk, Metal.
You have to see The Codebreakers live to appreciate them. Its acoustic guitar pushed to its limits. The Codebreakers are known for their guitar drumming style, with what sounds like a four-piece band, you quickly notice there are just two acoustic guitars & a stomp box on stage.
The Codebreakers are rapidly earning a cult status in New Zealand since their arrival in Wellington only 2 and a half months ago. Since then they have been gigging constantly, are working hard to release their first album (Due May 2010), and currently working with popular Kiwi Composer John Psathas on the soundtrack for an upcoming NZ film.
