Collision is a new monthly event that Dub Militia and Galatos will be holding in the main room at Galatos, showcasing some of the best DJs drum n bass and dubstep DJs/Producers that Auckland has to offer.
With a focus on sound system, quality DJs, cheap drinks (non-alcoholic drinks as well!!) this will be a monthly with a difference!!

A dubstep crowd pleaser Vice plays anything from Gash to minimal and makes the transition effortlessly and seamlessly. He has played support for many international acts including HavocNdeeD, Pinch, Kutz, Ithcy Robot and Stagga to name a few.

BLANK
After listening to dubstep for nearly 5 years Joseph AKA DJ Blank finally got the chance to jam upon the wheels of steel when he and VICE first started hanging out. Needless to say he was instantly hooked and now nearly one year later he is packing exclusive dubs and some kinda crazy jump up mixing style ensuring Blank will smash 2010 in the face and in 2011 you will be seeing more of Blank, so keep an eye out!
MAXTONE
Max King aka Maxtone is an up and coming dubstep producer from Auckland, New Zealand. He gained an interest in producing dubstep late 2009 after noticing the progression of the dubstep sound over the past year.
Like many dubstep producers, Maxtone has a come from a drum and bass background, which he had been producing for a few years before making the switch to dubstep.
His sound is diverse and ranges from chilled tunes to dancfloor smashing filth. Look out for Maxtone because he is up on the up and up within the dubstep .

IAN WAN
having traded his drums sticks in for deck duty back in 2009, beatmatching came almost naturally and Ian i1 Wan has quickly been making his mark on the dance music scene in less than a year. Since his dropping his first ever set back in April this year at Shift 6 and becoming a semi finalist at the Our:House up and comers competition, things have been on the up since then with further bookings coming in the way a slot at Deep Hard and Funky as well as a 3rd place finish at the Chemistry Mainroom Opening Set competition.
VINCE WADE
From Parapara in the far north Vince is a man of mystery but judging from his mixing skills and tune selection he will bring a heavy bass tip to any event that is fortunate enough to host him.
One of the men behind the wednesday night dubstep sessions at The Ferguson Vince has already made his mark on the local dubstep scene in 2010 ensuring that he will be a name to look out in late 2010/2011!
DOSAGE
Dosage shares his wicked tune selection with the Auckland massive supporting big name local DJs that include: DJ CXL, Jason Howson, DJ Lenium and a list of international DJs that just keeps growing... Some of the international artists he has supported include: Antiform, Cause 4 Concern, Stagga, Itchy Robot with many more to come!!
Dosage has firmly cemented his place in Aucklands drum and bass scene and 2010 has already seen the rising star smashing out big sets wherever he plays, so catch him whenever you can!

ARISE
One of Aucklands newest DJs to hit the block, Arise is as his name suggests is a DJ that certainly is on the rise... Playing many gigs around Auckland and making the semi-finals at the dunedin leg of RUMBLE IN THE JUNGLE the skater/owner of Learning Curve plays his sets full of heavy tunes and mixes them so flawlessly its easy to understand how he will be booked solid come 2011!
R DUB
A bedroom DJ who is over playing at home and dieing to get out and play to some crowds! R DUB aka Rhys has been spinning dubstep/ drum n bass/ jungle tunes for 2 years now and currently hosts a internet radio show with specs on Dub Sundays every sunday!
New to the club scene Rhyss selection is sure to see him quickly becoming a crowd favourite within the Auckland clubbing scene in 2010!
