Some people call them 'busy' or 'bright' but we'd say they're more a piece of foshion that needs to be wholeheartedly embraced and more importantly, worn. Think Miami crossed with Bondi, add a touch of island style and you pretty much have it bang on. Galz this is your chance to wear your favorite 'loud' dress or 80s find, mix it up with your current threads and you'll have mastered the look.
