Despite the torrential weather of last Wednesday, our good friends Jupiter Project, fresh off the back of a major record label contract, slayed 1885 with their show, which seems to get more and more polished each time we hear it.
And speaking of polishing up we have another live act this week who in the short space of time has gone from bedroom beatmaker to globetrotting live sensation... we are lucky enough to get PIKACHUNES LIVE for one of his last Auckland shows before he treks down to the capital in final preparation for him moving to Europe where he already has some impressive festival shows lined up playing alongside the likes of the Mystery Jets, Alabama Shakes, Booka Shade, & Madeon.. and he promises he'll be testing out some fresh new material upon the TNC crowd so don't miss it..
We also have everyones favorite party DJs the COOL KIDS CLUB smashing it up for us for the first time since the very first Nark.. They've lived & rocked every major city centre in NZ and now although residing in Auckland and being 'all grown up' CKC is still spot on the money when it comes to your alty but upfront club mash sets and we're looking forward to the set as always
Throw into the mix hiphop whizz FINGERS KRO$HED, the dukes of slugs and dubs JIMMY MAIAI & CAM NORCROSS, as well as ya usual tired old has beens DANIEL FARLEY, LOST BOYS, MAD WORLD, and JAKE to drive them soberly home, and you've got a fuckin' lineup.
