Established in the early 90s, The Managers began as a �Two Tone�, British SKA covers band, quickly making its mark by introducing this infectious and upbeat sound to the Auckland music scene.
Now, almost two decades on, The Managers of today is a tight, powerhouse of eight highly talented, creative and experienced musicians, that has not only become an institution of New Zealand�s SKA scene, but has also diversified its musical gamut to include reggae, dub, roots and rock.
Well-loved for their energetic, lively and professional performances, The Managers has developed a strong and loyal following of fans across a variety of ages (some of whom have even adorned their bodies with Managers tattoos!).
Providing an impressive and extensive repertoire of well-known covers and popular original songs, The Managers give a show-stomping performance, seamlessly weaving from one musical genre to the next, providing a smooth roller-coaster ride of an evening.
