AMF presents OMW!, the first of many showcases for the gems of the local music scene. Consider this a spotlight on our ones to watch. Join us in supporting local artists Romiin, Tyrun, Kenzo Martini and RNG+sus as we take you into a night among the clouds, with sights on a few stars x
romiin: Filipino-born, New Zealand-based singer/songwriter ready to serve new vibes in today’s fast-evolving music landscape. An R&B crooner, he creates smooth, velvet yet soulful slow jams with catchy melodies on modern R&B arrangements that naturally echo the sounds of artists like Mac Ayres, ASTN, and RINI.
Tyrun: After stepping away from music for 5 years, Tyrun has returned to the stage. Realising the fortune in feeling a connection to music, and the ways creativity can surround it, he's back to share stories he knows others can relate to. Just a Niuean-Samoan, born and bred in Aotearoa, tryna make you cry in the club.
Kenzo Martini: Hailing from Manila, Kenzo was raised in an environment where music was part of everyday life. His family introduced him to RnB and Pop music from the 80’s and 90’s which he found moving and diverse. In 2018, he started to turn what were once just bedroom poems and scribbles into actual songs. At present, Kenzo continues to develop his sound and believes that his growth in music is endless.
RNG+sus: Mariadelle 'Abbey' Gamit' aka RNG†sus is a queer Pinoy interdisciplinary artist and DJ based in Tāmaki Makaurau. RNG†sus is here to take you on a trip with mixes that are 'determined largely by luck, chance or randomness' on the dance floor. Divine intervention or hellish chaos? Either way, it's a guaranteed good time!
