Gig Information

Off the back of Big Sur's hit single 'Lands' described by Chris Cudby of Under The Radar as: “a Morricone-esque drama of… guitar, banjo, double bass, drums and group vocals”, the Auckland four piece are heading on a tour of the motu to celebrate their debut EP 'Black Mountain'.

Their debut EP ‘Black Mountain’ explores Celtic mythology, specifically the Gaelic legend of Tír na nÓg. The EP was recorded and produced by Graham Bennett, an engineer with his own legend status, as the man behind the famous 1992 recording of Portland Oregon punk band Dead Moon.

Joining them for their Auckland show is the wonderful Greta O'Leary, Green Grove and Groopchat.

This show is AA. BYO.
