Upstairs at Dead Witch, experience live performances from two incredible acts:
The Blue Summer, a rock five-piece from Pōneke (Wellington), will bring their signature mix of gothic ambience, new-wave riffs, and moody grooves. With lyrics that explore themes of obsession, betrayal, and the complexities of the human experience, they offer a sound that speaks to the restless, the romantic, and the lost souls looking for meaning in the darkness.
Stars and the Underground, hailing from Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), return to the stage after two years, unveiling their atmospheric blend of post-punk, synthwave, and shoegaze. Their cinematic sound evokes beauty, mood, and mystery, drawing from the essence of goth and post-punk to create an immersive experience that connects deeply with fans of all things dark and atmospheric.
In the Main Bar, the vibe will continue with DJs Passion Crypt, Grave Digger, The Doctor, and Ravebat, spinning a range of goth, post-punk, darkwave, gothic metal, and industrial tracks... perfect for those who are keen to dance or just soak in the atmosphere.
