SNEAKER FOX is DJ/producer Lorne Padman and studio production partner Duane Morrison (co-writer of Madison Avenue - Don’t Call Me Baby). From humble beginnings in Perth as a pioneer of “hands in the air” big room house, Lorne Padman has been globetrotting behind the decks for over a decade gracing stages in Europe, New Zealand & Russia's mega-club “RAI”. However his greatest achievement to date is his current role as Label Manager of Australian dance label juggernaut VICIOUS, alongside industry veterans John Course & Andy Van (Vandalism). Developing, signing and marketing some of the worlds leading musical talent has given Lorne front row seats to the world’s most cutting edge music dropped on his desk daily from his artists: Avicii, Dirty South, Ian Carey, Angger Dimas, The Potbelleez, Vandalism, Richard Vission & Static Revenger, StoneBridge, Sgt Slick, Mind Electric and others.
The cracking debut Sneaker Fox remix for Mind Electric “3AM Eternal” was surprisingly cleared for the first time in history by THE KLF themselves! Props from far and wide poured in from the likes of Groove Armada, Kid Massive and DMC Update UK. The blockbuster single for The Potbelleez “Hello” was next to receive the Sneaker Fox treatment, launching straight into the ARIA Club Chart Top10. Sneaker Fox remixes of Avicii “Street Dancer” & “Jailbait” and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike “Under The Water” had an outpouring of international dj love, that inspired a coveted Cool Cuts Club Chart result for the Sneaker Fox remix of Ian Carey & Snoop Dogg “Last Night”, leading to its selection as lead mix on the Ministry Of Sound UK package and placement on Ministry Of Sound Sessions 2011.
Multiple ARIA Award winner Gotye personally approved the Sneaker Fox Remix of worldwide #1 smash hit Gotye feat Kimbra “Somebody I Used To Love” as the world’s first official club remix, appearing on iTunes releases “Vicious iCuts Vol5”, “Vicious Cuts 2012” and Gotye’s own “Somebody That I Used To Know Remix Album”.
Sneaker Fox opened 2012 remixes of Ian Carey feat Timbaland “Amnesia” and Mind Electric vs The Famme “Pretender” with a new remix for J Nitti feat Sarah Capodicasa “Gonna Be There” slated for imminent release.
