Described by the NME as “Sheffield’s answer to Lightnin’ Hopkins”, Rodwell has toured his blend of ramshackle rent party blues, salacious calypso and eerie slave-era spirituals around the world since 2003. He and his band “Storehouse” have opened for acts including rock legend Leon Russell, Grammy-nominee Otis Taylor and local psychedelic reggae pioneers Trinity Roots. Rodwell will also be joined by blues chanteuse Coco Davis.
