The DeSotos alternative-country NZ style will thrill the bill as they perform at the Samuel Miller Reserve with support act Bernie Griffen and The Flaming Pearls.
Fuelled by a powerful blend of rock-infused country blues, The DeSotos combine rich harmonies with reverberant guitar sounds and chunky bass runs.
This Auckland based four piece have been embraced by critics and have cemented their place as our leading exponents of alt-country, New Zealand style. You may recognise their music from the theme song of TVNZ's South and North series, presented by Marcus Lush.
Their live show presents a tight and dynamic sound, which is as exciting as it is unique. Come check out The DeSotos!
