This is a one and only NZ date for The Bats before heading to tour USA.
Flying Nun have done a deal with US label, Captured Tracks, to re-issue Bats back catalogue starting with their original 1980's EP "By Night" in time for international Record Store Day.
The Salad Boys will open the show at 9pm with The Bats on stage at 10pm.
Bands finish before midnight so we can all chill out to some of our favourite music on the Sound System.
Brougham Tavern's upstairs lounge has great acoustics in it's funky 70's architecture and the bar have offered to include some of the Bats favourite beers for the occasion - ( now don't get too picky - it's not a micro brewery!)
