Were really excited to welcome back MUM favourites DHDFDs and Mean Girls, alongside the solo work of Annabel Liddell from Grrrlfriendz!
DHDFDs havent played Cassette in an age and in the mean time theyve recruited a new drummer - complete with drum machine - and this Friday will be one of their first shows with the new line-up. Speaking of all things new, theyve also been working on a bunch of to-be-released material, which they will hopefully play an ample amount of, alongside our favourites from their back catalogue, in particular their excellent album French Fries.

Mean Girls: have spent the last little while playing all over Auckland, which is awesome because their short, sharp angular set serves to perpetuates the noisy, experimental orientation their recorded songs evoke. Annabel Liddell: you will know Annabel Liddell as the guitarist in Grrrlfriendz, but while her band mates are overseas she has been working on, and playing her solo material, which we cant wait to check out.
